－Leverage: Acceptable REITs shares – Up to 2.0x 　
－Margin of Finance: Up to 66.60%
－interest BLR-2％ (現在的blr 是 6.6%）

 現在reit的devidend yield大概在7%上下，用這account可以而外獲得2-3%的return。
