pavreit，uoareit和cmmt都分別在這個禮拜發布了31/6/2014的quarter report, 也公佈了income distribution，接下來兩天將會深入分析。

arreit與ytlreit一起成為最高dy的reits, 主要原因是ytlreit的股價攀升上0.93，各位股友可留意ytlreit,因為股價已悄悄的從0.91上升至0.93 ：）

今天的malaysia reit 的average dividend yield 是6.02%，比上個禮拜降低了0.02% 這已經是連載第4個禮拜下滑，也意味著reits的股價已悄悄上升，而Malaysia 10-Year Bond Yield後下降到 3.902，reits與bond的落差2.118%，市場沒有失衡。

這個禮拜所有malaysia reits 總成交量是287,477lot,雖然比上個禮拜小，但是這個禮拜只有4個交易日。
