malaysia reit weekly update 25/7/2014之malaysia reits一路飄升

上個禮拜cmmt與pavreit發布良好季度報告股價上升後，這個禮拜同屬“retail reit” 的Igbreit發布上佳季度報告後就“一路向上”直破RM1.30關口，上升幅度4.8%

除了igbreit, ytlreit 也表現的很不錯，從93cent上升至96cent, 3.2%升幅。

不過twrreit在公佈了不理想的季度報告後往下挫，跌幅3.4%

總括而言，在14個malaysia reit當中，有10個股價上升，1支持平，3支下降，比上個禮拜表現得更好，malaysia reit 加油！

今天的malaysia reit 的average dividend yield 是5.97%（這是我寫weekly update 以來第一次低於6%），比上個禮拜降低了0.05% 這已經是連載第5個禮拜下滑，也意味著reits的股價已悄悄上升，而Malaysia 10-Year Bond Yield後下降到 3.885，reits與bond的落差2.085%

大馬國債持續下滑，uncle jim 認為malaysia reit還有上升空間。這個禮拜所有malaysia reits 總成交量是413,729lot,比上個禮拜增加了44%
