weekly update 12/9/2014 + 怎樣投資malaysia reits產托

好像好久沒做這個weekly update了，希望讀者見諒。

以下是這個個禮拜個別malaysia reit的dividend yield，是不是說dy越高越值得買呢？理論上是沒有錯的，但是，我們投資是要看未來，不是現在，所以，現在dy高，不代表以後dy也一樣高，還得追踪產托公司發展，才有可能做到賺股息的同時賺股價差價。

難道你要買公司表現不好，股價遭拋售而導致DY變高的公司？

還是因為公司表現的越來越好，dividend不斷增高，股價不斷增高的公司？

最好的例子就是看回我的舊帖： 如果你在2009年買入REITs，今天你賺了多少？

如果你在2009年買入axreit,今天你的回酬超過250%，這就是股息+股價的結果，也應該是我們投資malaysia reits產托的目標～

所以，別單單看DY買入，DY只是一個參考。

今天的malaysia reit 的average dividend yield 是6.04%，而Malaysia 10-Year Bond Yield也上升到 3.994，reits與bond的落差只有2.046%，產托的股價開始走高，難道是為9月的升息做準備？
