Hi Alex,
刪除this DY calculation is based on last year income distribution, that why it show Twrreit, Arreit and Ytlreit ranked top 3 among all the REITs.
But due to poor performance, Twrreit and Arreit distributed lesser dividend in 2014( you may check this out in their individual page) that why don't simply buy based on this table.
