malaysia reit weekly update 11/7/2014: 國債利息下調，reits的春天？

這個禮拜的冠軍是axreit (5106), 價格rm3.36一路狂升到3.55， 5.6%的升幅，axreit一年的dy只有5.21%， lol~~ 此外，Kumpulan Wang Persaraan 與 epf最近都有買進axreit， 難道背後有什麼議程？？

此外，最近epf持續賣出cmmt(5180) 與sunreit(5176)的股票（已經連續好幾個賣出交易），但是賣出的量又不多，可能是短期套利。

今天的malaysia reit 的average dividend yield 是6.04%，比上個禮拜降低了0.01%，而Malaysia 10-Year Bond Yield與我之前分析的一樣（看之前的帖）在國行升息0.25%後下降到 3.967，reits與bond的落差2.073%，市場沒有失衡，但是如果國債繼續下降的話，reits的春天就要來了 ：）
