新的loyalty program: sunway pals, sunreit 能從中受惠嗎？

昨天uncle jim閱讀sunreit的2014年年報時，在message from the chairman裡發現了這個：“sunway pals” ，所以今天就把這當作sunreit 2014 annual report analysis的前傳吧，下個禮拜才發布sunreit 2014 annual report 分析。

sunway pals是一個loyalty program, 其實sunway 早在feb 2014年已經lauch 了，至今有150,000名會員，sunway pals提供 card and cardless會員註冊， 而cardless當然是通過google play and app store註冊。

sunway pals提供的benefits包括：

• 在sunway pyramid 指定的商家交易可積分，消費滿RM200免car park
• 在sunway lagoon/lost of tambun 消費可獲積分與回扣
• 購買sunway的property可獲積分
• sunway 旗下的education institutions' 消費可獲積分
• sunway medical center消費可獲積分與回扣
• sunway旗下的hotel消費可獲積分與回扣

依我看來，sunreit絕對可從中獲利，sunway pals涵蓋了sunreit旗下的shopping center,hotel, 與sunway medical center，無形中會把sunway pyramid的顧客帶到sunway medical center, 或把sunway medical center的顧客帶到sunway hotel, 把顧客集中到sunway旗下的產業消費。

又得把sunreit看高一點了。
