以前我房子都是交给agent draft tenancy agreement 的，这次我上网查证后觉得自己stamping 应该也没问题就胆粗粗的试试看。
1）用回以前agent draft給我的tenancy agreement, 反正term and condition 大致上一樣，只是名字，地址，租金，ic number換掉。
2)去Pos office 買stamp 黏在 form 上面,original stamp amount 的 calculation 是 based on
Example 1: Tenancy Period <1 year
Payable Stamp Duty,
= (RM18,000-2400 / RM250)* x RM1
= 62.4 x RM1
= RM62.40
Example 2: Tenancy Period = 2 years
Payable Stamp Duty,
= (RM18,000-2400 / RM250)* x RM2
= 62.4 x RM2
= RM124.80
Example 3: Tenancy Period 5 years
Payable Stamp Duty,
= (RM18,000-2400 / RM250)* x RM4
= 62.4 x RM4
= RM249.60
Copy 的價格是RM10.
3）fill in 這兩張form,拿到lhdn的stamping 做stamping 就 GAODIM了，
我這次做stamping只花了RM30, 省回了許多。

刪除tenancy agreement 不一定是租戶付完一切費用，但是一般上的“行窺”都是租戶給的，要付多少錢請參考我上面的文章。
回覆刪除tenancy agreement要做幾年是up to tenant 跟 owner的意願的，十年都沒問題。
tenancy agreement 不需要witness
你可以去消費仲裁庭投訴owner or agent.
